Julie Dalton - Executive Director

Julie Dalton is a Certified Aging Services Professional and has 15 years of experience in the design and delivery of community based programs for older individuals. She is an experienced non-profit administrator with substantial experience in program administration, grant writing, community relations and advocacy.

Prior to joining Gramatan Village Ms. Dalton was the Vice President of Operations for Aging in America Community Services in the Bronx. She was responsible for the effective delivery of home and community services to 5,000 elderly clients and their families. Ms. Dalton graduated from Syracuse University and received her professional certification from the University of North Texas.

Kathryn Urbina

Kathryn Urbina is the Member Services/Program Coordinator at Gramatan Village. She provides an easily accessible point of contact and base of support for members and community partners and ensures that all program activities are well coordinated and delivered. 

Kathryn brings a wealth of administrative and programmatic experience to this position. Prior to joining Gramatan Village, she was the Director of Emergency Medical Services at two New York City hospitals. Her professional experience includes serving as a Paramedic for the New York City Emergency Medical Services and as a Paramedic for the Eastchester Volunteer Ambulance Corps, who provides emergency services to the Town of Eastchester and the Villages of Bronxville and Tuckahoe. She has volunteered her time delivering meals to the Town’s homebound elderly community and is an active volunteer in her children’s schools. 

Ms. Urbina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare & Business Administration from the City University of New York – Lehman & City Colleges. She and her family have lived in the Bronxville area for past 16 years.
