December 5 – Strength and Flexibility for the hips and lower body 

December 12 – Strength and Flexibility for the upper body

December 19 – Balance

$10 per class - Register for all four and save $5

Jonalie Korengold was introduced to yoga over 20 years ago and began practicing regularly 10 years ago.  She credits yoga with helping her find balance in her mind and body.  Jonalie completed her practical teacher training at Yoga Haven.  She teaches a gentle Inyangar inspired Vinyasa yoga that she is passionate about making accessible to all levels and abilities.
